Lynn Dunning is head of Museums and Heritage for Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council. She started with Barnsley Council in 2001 as manager of Cannon Hall Museum, Park and Gardens. Prior to this she was Development Officer for the Dock Museum in Barrow-in-Furness leading on an ERDF and HLF funded project and before that Assistant Curator of Maritime History at Merseyside Maritime Museum for National Museums Liverpool. Lynn graduated from Edinburgh University in 1994 with an MA Hons in Ancient History and Classical Archaeology, and in 1995 from St Andrews University with a Postgraduate Diploma in Museum Studies. She is an Associate Member of the Museums Association.
Dr. John Tanner is Project Development Officer, Arts, Museums and Archives for Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council.
Alison Cooper is an Exhibitions Curator and Interior Designer, currently enjoying the role of Project Support Officer on the Restoring the Glory; Revealing the Secrets project at Cannon Hall Museum, Parks & Gardens. Alison worked as a Senior Designer at Laura Ashley Ltd around the UK and Japan before turning freelance in 2002. Since then she has assisted, curated and project managed exhibitions for Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council, NCMME, WYPW, YSP. Alison has BA (Hons) in Int. Design and is currently working towards her AMA. She sits on the board of management for the WYPW.
